Features:
Rigid structure with heavy duty steel fabricating base, provide
lower vibrating & good precision cutting
Material feed by servo motor & ball screw system. This will
ensure the cutting length tolerance in ± 0.1mm.
After cut-off, before the saw blade returned, the working piece
was moved forward and the material was moved backward. This will
make sure there are no any knife scratches on the working piece.
Use the touch screen as the main control panel. It's easy to
learn and easy to operate.
Designed in high power output performance, and very fast
cutting; it is suited for mass production

Features:
Cut-off and slot at same time. One cycle can produce several
work pieces.
Multiple piece slotting knife was set in one spindle to do the
job simultaneouly.
High power spindle with high pressure & mass volume coolant,
this will ensure the fast production rate.
Patented design in the knife deep position adjusting and the
spindle supporting structure. Also in the material clamping
system.
The cutting head are feeding in 1st fast speed step and 2nd
speed infinite adjustable step. This will save a lot of machine
idle time. |
